MONDAY NIGHT RESTRICTOR PLATE RACING


Starting on Monday July 26th, 2010, PREMIUM RACING ONLINE will be hosting Best of 6(subject to change) Restrictor Plate Racing SHOOTOUT Style! We will be swapping back and forth between Daytona and Talladega only, from 6pm to 12 midnight est.

SERVER RULES

Laps: 15
Time of Day: 12noon
Practice Time: 10min (with a 1min Happy Hour session after qualifying to get regrouped, and be able to have enough time to change from your qual, to race set.)
Qualifying Time: 5min
Tire Wear: Normal
Fuel: Normal                      
Damage: OFF
Mech Failures: ON
OPEN SETS!!!!

*NOTES:
-NO PIT STOPS WILL BE NEEDED IN EACH RACE.
-DAMAGE WILL BE TURNED OFF THIS WAY INCASE THERE IS A BIG WRECK YOU CAN KEEP GOING. WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE FUN. WE ALL KNOW THE RESTRICTOR PLATE TRACKS CAN SOMETIMES BE A HASSEL.
-JUST BECAUSE DAMAGE WILL BE TURNED OFF DOES NOT MEAN TO YOU CAN DRIVE OVER YOUR HEAD FOR 15 LAPS.

IN RACE RULES

1. 3 LAP SMOKING RULE: If your car smokes for 3 or more consective laps, you must either get it fixed, or park your car. If Caught ignoring this rule, you will lose your positon, and will have 1 lap taken away from you, after the race is complete.

2. RESTARTS: There is ONE restart allowed per race, but race is offical after leader takes the line, completing LAP 1.

3. AGGRESIVE DRIVING: Yes its close racing, and yes its a short race. But please refrain from any "over your head driving". Warnings and penalty's will be issued if things get out of hand. dont race every lap like its the last lap.

Yes Thanks to all that showed up. We had 41 drivers in, I think 12 finished 4 or more. Not to bad.
Some points were brought up from last night and has been in discussion for a few weeks. This is the smoking, and wall banging. Starting as soon as I get in to the servers all damage will be on 100%. Solves that.

Good Idea Nut!  And also like he said thanks for everyone coming out. Saw a little bit more life last night on the sim, which is all we want to see (besides having fun). Hope to see you next week, tell your friends!

kfranklin is here again,hello all, i would like to show up maybe sunday and race daytona,i just reinstalled game so ill work on my wheel and stuff tommorrow and try to be ready, not driving over road anymore and looking to race season.

We aren't doing Restrictor plate night on Sunday's at the moment, as we are kicking off the open season this weekend.  Of course, that WILL be at Daytona, but the format will be slightly different.  Feel free to join in, we are going to do the whole NASCAR season using the same/similiar tracks, and it will be go or go home qualifying.
